- 3 fitness classes per week (tailored towards optimal weight and body composition).
- Individualized approach: maximum 8-10 participants per group.

Our story
Kamila met Agnieszka at the Canada Water Studios attending her fitness classes. It was at the time when she decided to put more time and effort into exercise. She used to be quite active but having a child, studying and working made it difficult. Being a nutritional therapist and naturopath she knew how to support herself with food but wanted to feel stronger and better in her body. She knew quite a lot about different types of exercise and had a good idea of what should be done to achieve her goals. It was more theory though and she lacked practical skills. She also wanted to be part of a group for greater motivation and support. She liked Agnieszka straight away for her great skills and understanding the impact of exercise on our physiology and anatomy. You just feel it when someone knows what they are doing. Kamila also liked her attitude- down to earth, supportive, friendly and hugely motivating at the same time. The results came quickly. She felt much stronger and balanced, had a better posture and more energy. At that point she started recommending Agnieszka to her clients. Soon enough Kamila also got a chance to work with Agnieszka as her client. They were both amazed how they professionally complemented each other. They understood each other well. They had similar expectations as to what a strong and healthy body means. Both living their family lives, raising kids, building careers, were not looking for the next wonder fix, but a balanced, long lasting and practical solution. Creating ‘Reshape that shape’ program was a natural result of long and passionate conversations about how everyone should and can feel healthier and happier about their body. How much easier it gets if you combine all the pieces together: adequate nutrition, appropriate exercise, and balanced lifestyle.
